Shipping and returns

To avoid as much as possible waste and over production our jewelry is made to order.

If the jewel you have purchased is already available in our Milan bottega stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 work days.

Otherwise, production timings may vary from 2 up to 6 weeks.

All shipping are handled by DHL express 1-2 day delivery worldwide.

 

Shipping within Italy

Shipping fee for Italy is 15€ 

Once the order has been shipped, it will be delivered day next.

ELL  can't be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by the transport carrier or by third parties.

As soon as the shipment has been picked up by DHL, you will get the tracking number via SMS or E-mail.

If you will not receive the tracking code please,  contact our customer service at info@ellmilano.com

If you live in Milan, you can select the free pick up in store, we will send you an email notification as soon as your jewel is ready to be collected.

 

International Shipping

All shipping are handled by DHL express 1-2 day delivery worldwide.

International shipping fee vary by your country of residence.

Generally speaking it is 25 euro for EU zone, 35 euro for USA Canada UK and Swiss and 60 euro for other intercontinental shipping destinations or remote zones.

Shipping fee will be shown at checkout as soon you will complete the shipping address info on the form.

Please note that at the moment the international shipping fee DO NOT include custom duties fee.

 

Returns

It is possible to return items purchased online within 14 days from the delivery of the purchased good.

Items must be returned exclusively in its original packaging, and subject to the integrity of the jewel.

By proceeding with the return, you will be refunded all payments made to ELL excluding all delivery and return costs.

The refund will be transferred within 14 days of your return request, by the same payment method used for your purchase (mandatory).

Refund may be suspended until our actual receipt of the returned product to allow us to verify the integrity of the jewel.

Shipping costs of the returned item will be at your expense.

For obvious reasons, it is not possible to return a bespoke and / or custom engraved or custom made products.

Made to order 18kt jewelry are final sale as well.

We do not accept returns on used, damaged or tampered products, or, in any case, on products that have not simply been tested to check the correct size or fit.
